Peter is the Co-Founder and Lead Engineer of Star Solar Specialists. He moved to Jeffersonville, IN from the U.K. and started with Star Solar Specialists in 2015 to bring affordable solar energy options to Kentuckiana.
Peter has over 20 years of experience in the solar industry and over 30 years of experience in engineering. He co-founded South-Facing Ltd., a multi-million dollar UK-based company that installed 1000’s of kilowatts (kW) of solar panels on residential, commercial, and government properties. Peter was instrumental in installing the largest rooftop solar installation in the UK, placing close to 2,600 solar panels on one roof that produced 1 MW of electricity, enough to power over 300 homes.

Kelly Ann opened Star Solar Specialists in 2015. She is our business manager and oversees sales, purchasing, and inventory control. She brings over 30 years of management and
entrepreneurial experience and has contributed to numerous initiatives that focused on the development and implementation of improved business practices and procedures.
Kelly Ann is dedicated to educating others about the benefits of solar energy. She is determined to help our customers get the best value and investment in a solar power system.
OWNER & BUSINESS MANAGER
Erin has been with Star Solar Specialists since 2016 and serves as a consultant providing technical support. Erin is an Ecologist with a background in environmental science policy and communication.
Erin manages the website, marketing and communication, content creation, and outreach. She is passionate about renewable energy and shares information about solar power, energy policy, and solar tax incentives with the goal of increasing the uptake of residential and commercial solar power.

Jessica has been with Star Solar Specialists since 2020. She has a background in management and keeps the team organized and efficient with her strong communication and project management skills.
Jessica has taken on the role of Solar Designer, working alongside Peter to design and build solar power systems to meet the needs of our clients. She is excited to design affordable solar power systems for homeowners, businesses, and nonprofits.

Ryan is a dynamic Business Development Manager with over 2 years of experience in driving growth and building strategic partnerships across various industries. Known for his results-oriented approach, he excels at identifying market opportunities and developing tailored strategies that foster long-term relationships.
With a strong background in musical production, Ryan has successfully led initiatives that have significantly increased revenue and expanded market presence. He is adept at negotiating deals and navigating complex business landscapes, leveraging exceptional communication skills to align and achieve shared goals.
Passionate about innovation, Ryan aims to enhance efficiency and deliver value to his clients.
In his free time, Ryan enjoys playing in his band, which inspires his creativity.
